Who we are

What we collect
Business contact details: name, job title, company, business email address, business phone number and professional profile information.
Where it comes from
From you directly, or from professional sources such as LinkedIn and business contact data providers (for example Apollo.io).
Why we use it
To contact senior leaders about executive coaching services that may be relevant to their role, and to manage our relationship with clients and prospects.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): contacting business professionals about services relevant to their role. We only use business contact details and we keep messages relevant and infrequent.
Who we share it with
Trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our email sending, email verification and CRM platforms. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Prospect data: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we don’t contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to our use of it, or restrict how we use it. To object or unsubscribe, reply “unsubscribe” to any email or write to peter@selectivecoaching.co.uk. We respond within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
